矿用绞车自动控制系统设计与应用研究

摘要 以某煤矿JSDB-16型矿用绞车为研究对象,开展了基于PLC+变频器技术的控制系统设计,完成了系统总体结构、硬件结构、软件程序等设计工作。该系统运行稳定可靠,实现了绞车变频调速,达到了安全、节能、降耗的目的。应用结果显示,自动控制系统的应用,提高了绞车有效工作时间,减少了绞车的故障排除时间,减少了设备保全人员,降低了煤炭生产成本,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。 Based on the original automatic control system of JSDB-16 mining winch in a coal mine, the design of the control system based on PLC+inverter technology was carried out, and the overall structure of the system, hardware structure, software programs and other design work were completed. The application results show that the system operates stably and reliably, realising variable frequency speed regulation of the winch and achieving the purpose of safety, energy saving and consumption reduction. The statistical results show that the application of the automatic control system has improved the effective working time of the winch, reduced the troubleshooting time of the winch, saved the equipment maintenance personnel, reduced the cost of coal production, and generated more economic benefits for the coal enterprise.
