带式输送机能耗优化控制系统的设计研究

摘要 以带式输送机为研究对象,提出一种新型带式输送机能耗优化控制系统。设计了基于PLC的模糊控制器,可依据煤流量大小对皮带运行速度进行自动调节,实现智能控制;还对输送机的硬件和软件进行设计,并利用上位机软件WinCC和PLC控制器进行通信连接,实现输送机的运行状况实时监测和远程控制。实际应用结果表明,该系统节能效果明显。 A new belt conveyor energy consumption optimization control system is proposed for the belt conveyor. A PLC-based fuzzy controller is designed, which can automatically adjust the belt running speed according to the size of coal flow and realize its intelligent control system;the hardware and software design of the conveyor is also studied, and the communication connection between the upper computer software Win CC and PLC controller is used to realize real-time monitoring and remote control of the operation condition of the conveyor, and it is applied in practice, and the results show that the energy-saving effect is obvious.
