摘要 智能化开采已经普及到国内的各大煤矿,要实现煤矿出采智能化的安全落实,主要是解决液压支架护帮板与采煤机滚筒截割干涉监测的相关工作。在监测液压支架护帮板与采煤滚筒截割干涉的基础上,通过观察液压支架护帮板监控图像,研究了液压支架护帮板与采煤机滚筒的相对位置关系。实验研究的主要工作就是收集液压支架护帮板的位置信息,并对收到的护帮板位置信息进行数据处理。 Intelligent mining has been popularized in all major coal mines in China. To realize the safe implementation of intelligent coal mining, the first step is to solve the work related to the monitoring of the interference between the hydraulic bracket guard plate and the coal mining drum cut-off. On the basis of monitoring the interference between the hydraulic bracket plate and the coal mining drum cut-off, the relative position relationship between the hydraulic bracket guard plate and the coal mining drum was studied by observing the monitoring images of the hydraulic bracket guard plate1]. The main task of the experimental study was to collect information on the position of the hydraulic support guard plate, followed by data processing of the received information on the position of the guard plate.
