带式输送机节能控制系统设计研究

摘要 针对传统的带式输送机存在大马拉小车等空载或轻载现象,提出了运用PLC控制器+变频器的方法对带式输送机系统进行节能控制设计研究。通过带式输送机作用力分析、控制系统总体结构设计、PLC控制器设计选型、变频器设计选型以及其他硬件设计选型完成了带式输送机节能控制优化。经实际测试,带式输送机设备磨损下降,电能损耗降低,符合设计要求。 In view of the traditional belt conveyor's no-load or light-load phenomena such as large horse-drawn carriagea research on the energy-saving control design of the belt conveyor system using the method of PLC controller+frequency converter is proposed.The optimization of the energy-saving control of the belt conveyor is completed through the analysis of the forces acting on the belt conveyor,the design of the overall structure of the control system,the design and selection of the PLC controller,the design and selection of the inverter and the design and selection of other hardware.After actual testing the wear and tear of the belt conveyor equipment decreases and the power loss is reduced,which meets the design requirements.
