摘要
在对矿井皮带输送机结构、工作过程以及原有PLC控制分析的基础上,提出将微控制器应用到皮带输送机控制保护系统中并采用CAN总线方式提高通信效率。新提出的控制保护系统结构简单,处理器运算能力强,通信系统运行可靠。研究成果可在一定程度上提升矿井皮带输送机工作效率及安全保障能力。
Based on the analysis of the structure and working process of the mine belt conveyor and the original PLC control, the microcontroller is proposed to be applied to the belt conveyor control and protection system and the CAN bus method is used to improve the communication efficiency. The proposed control and protection system has a simple structure, strong processor computing power and reliable operation of the communication system, and the research results can improve the efficiency and safety of the mine belt conveyor to a certain extent.
