摘要
介绍了一项关于采煤机滚筒机械设计中使用系带布置方式的研究项目的结果。通过生成扭矩图来估计力的方差,并讨论了刀具拆卸对采煤机滚筒性能的影响。为了协助设计过程,开发了一个新的软件包。开放程序通过底层的微软Visual Basic编程语言开发,对矿井采煤机的结构优化设计进行参数化分析。采煤机滚筒数据库是利用微软Access系统开发的,应用多用户、开放的数据库连接来存储和处理采煤机滚筒信息。研究成果可为采煤机结构设计优化研究提供依据。
The results of a research project on the tether arrangement method used in the mechanical design of coal mining machine rollers are presented. Torque diagrams were generated to estimate the variance of the forces and the effect of tool removal on the performance of the coal miner drum is discussed. To assist in the design process a new software package was developed. The open program was developed through the underlying Microsoft Visual Basic programming language to parametrically analyse the structural optimisation design of the mine coal miner. The coal miner drum database was developed using the Microsoft Access system, applying a multi-user, open database connection to store and process coal miner drum information. The results of the study provide a basis for research on the structural design optimisation of coal mining machines.
