摘要 针对传统带式输送机在日常生产过程中存在的空载以及半载现象,提出采用变间隔调速的方法进行带式输送机节能控制系统设计。通过带式输送机集控系统分析、带式输送机节能控制系统总体设计、变间隔调速技术控制策略研究、硬件系统设计以及软件系统设计完成了节能控制系统的设计。经实验测试,带式输送机节能控制系统运行平稳可靠,较传统控制系统节能约25%。 Aiming at the phenomenon of no-load and half-load in the daily production of traditional belt conveyor,the design research of energy--saving control system of belt conveyor is proposed by the method of variable interval speed regulation.The design of the energy-saving control system is completed through the analysis of the belt conveyor central control system,the general design of the belt conveyor energy-saving control system,the study of the control strategy of the variable interval speed control technology,the design of the hardware system and the design of the software system.After the experimental test,the belt conveyor control system operates smoothly and reliably,and saves about 25%energy compared with the traditional control system.
