摘要 按照打造智能化、高端化现代煤机制造产业的要求,将云计算、大数据、一张图、一张网等信息技术与煤机装备产业相结合,基于煤机装备4S服务模式和安全生产运营管理平台一张图研发与应用成果,研发与实施煤机装备全生命周期管理系统。通过大数据分析和集中管控,优化产品设计、严控制造流程、提高产品和售后服务的质量、做好设备保障工作,以提升煤机装备精益化管理水平。 In accordance with the requirements of building an intelligent and high-end modern coal machine manufacturing industry,combining information technology such as cloud computing, big data, one map and one network with the coal machine equipment industry,based on the 4S service mode of coal machine equipment and the research and application results of one map of the safety production and operation management platform, we develop and implement a full life-cycle management system for coal machine equipment. Through big data analysis and centralised control, it optimises product design, strictly controls the manufacturing process, improves the quality of products and after-sales services, and does a good job of safeguarding equipment, in order to improve the lean management level of coal equipment.
