摘要
针对煤矿井下综采智能化程度低、效率低、安全性不足的问题,提出了一种新的煤矿井下综采面智慧综采技术方案。在对煤矿井下综采作业工序进行分析的基础上,设计了一款自动化联动综采控制系统,实现了对煤矿井下地质情况的实时监测、数据分析,为采煤机自动截割控制提供了信息支撑,在保证采煤机实现自动综采的基础上进一步推动了采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机的联动运行控制。根据实际应用表明,该智慧化综采控制系统,能够将井下综采作业效率提升24.3%,将综采面作业人员数量降低44.7%,为实现智慧矿山、智慧综采奠定了基础。
In view of the low intelligence, low efficiency and inadequate safety of underground comprehensive mining in coal mines, a new intelligent comprehensive mining technology solution for underground comprehensive mining face in coal mines is proposed. Based on the analysis of the underground comprehensive mining operation process in coal mines, an automatic linked comprehensive mining control system is designed, which realizes real-time monitoring and data analysis of underground geological conditions in coal mines and provides information support for the automatic cut-off control of coal miners. It further promotes the linkage operation control of coal miner,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor on the basis of ensuring the coal miner to realize automatic integrated mining. According to the practical application, the intelligent comprehensive mining control system can improve the efficiency of underground comprehensive mining operation by 24.3% and reduce the number of workers at the comprehensive mining face by 44.7%, laying the foundation for the realization of smart mine and smart comprehensive mining.
