摘要 在FUNAC 0i系统的数控铣床加工零件过程中,合理运用刀具半径补偿功能可以对零件加工提质增效起到重要作用。以典型数控铣床加工零件为研究对象,重点分析精确使用“公式法”计算刀具半径补偿值保证零件的尺寸精度;对含有倒圆角或倒斜角的零件,精准运用G10指令结合“参数法”赋值刀具半径补偿进而加工得到相应的零件形状轮廓。 In the process of machining parts by CNC milling machine of FUNAC 0i system, the reasonable use of tool radius compensation can play an important role in improving the quality and efficiency of parts machining. Taking a typical CNC milling machine machining parts as an example, the analysis focuses on the precise use of the "formula method" to calculate the tool radius compensation value to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the parts;for parts containing chamfered or beveled corners, the precise use of the G10 instruction combined with the "parameter method" to assign the tool radius compensation to obtain the corresponding contour of the part.
