摘要
为了降低采煤机的故障率,提高采煤机截割部保护的灵敏度,研究了常见的采煤机截割部过载保护方式。以双金属片温度继电器为研究对象,研究了采煤机截割电机过热保护的工作原理,分析了截割电机堵转时电枢电流变大的原因,研究了限矩器的结构、工作原理和保护设置方法并对扭矩轴的结构和工作原理进行了探讨,给出了扭矩轴保护的设置方法。
In order to reduce the failure rate of coal mining machine and improve the sensitivity of coal mining machine cut-off protection,common coal mining machine cut-off overload protection methods are studied. Firstly, the working principle of overheating protection of coal mining machine cut-off motor is studied by taking bimetal temperature relay as an example. The reasons for the large armature current when the cut-off motor is blocked are analyzed. Secondly, the structure and working principle of torque limiter and protection setting method are studied. Finally, the structure and working principle of torque shaft are studied, and the setting method of torque shaft protection is given.
