基于矿用SSJ-800型带式输送机在井下采掘工作面使用过程中频繁出现故障,导致输送机运输效率低、设备使用周期短、维修费用高等问题,严重制约着煤矿井下安全高效生产。基于此,大斗沟矿机安队通过技术研究,对带式输送机常见故障类型、故障原因进行分析,并提出了若干项维修措施,通过实际应用效果表明:采取措施后,大.斗沟矿8201运输顺槽后期掘进过程中带式输送机故障率降低了64%,全年设备维修费用降低了21.8万元,取得了显著应用成效。

Based on the frequent failures of the SSJ-800 type belt conveyor in the underground mining workings, the low efficiency of the conveyor, the short service life of the equipment and the high maintenance costs have seriously restricted the safe and efficient production of coal mines. The measures have been applied to reduce the failure rate of belt conveyors in the late digging process of 8201 transport chute in Daduogou Mine by 64% and reduce the annual equipment maintenance cost by 218,000 RMB, which has achieved significant application results.
