关刺扳机点配合颈椎后伸侧屈微调法治疗颈源性眩晕临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Method of Guan-needling Trigger Point Combined with Slight Adjustment of Lateral Flexion and Extension of Cervical Spine in Treating Cervical Vertigo

目的观察关刺扳机点配合颈椎后伸侧屈微调法治疗颈源性眩晕的疗效。方法选择60例患者,随机分为治疗组(关刺扳机点配合颈椎后伸侧屈微调)32例和对照组(常规针刺)28例。分别在治疗前和治疗2个疗程后采用颈源性眩晕诊断疗效标准和症状与功能评估量表进行评定。结果两组治疗2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的82.14%(P<0.01),治疗组对于改良《颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表》(ES-CV)评分的改善优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论关刺扳机点配合颈椎后伸侧屈微调法治疗颈源性眩晕疗效显著,优于常规针刺治疗。

Objective:To study the curative effect of the method of Guan-needling trigger point combined slight adjustment of lateral flexion and extension of cervical spine in treating cervical vertigo.Methods:60 patients were divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(28 cases)according to the treatment order.The curative effect standard and symptom and function evaluation scale of cervical vertigo were used before and after 2 courses of treatment.Results:After 2 courses of treatment,the total effetive rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,significantly higher than that of the control group(82.14%).In ESCV scores,both groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the efficacy in the treatment group was more significant.Conclusion:The treatment of cervical vertigo with Guan needling trigger point combined with slight adjustment of lateral flexion and extension of cervical spine is more effective than that of routine acupuncture.
