摘要
目前在拖带开普型无动力船等大型海上设施进出港的实践中,仍然存在很多仅凭经验操作的问题,缺乏科学论证,致使靠泊作业存在一定的安全隐患。为降低此类风险,提出2种拖船配置方案和操纵方法,通过经验公式对其进行仿真计算,论证这2种方案的可行性。在某靠泊实践中,结合实际作业情况优选其中一种方案,应用结果表明,该拖带靠泊方案是可行的,研究成果可供相关从业人员参考。
The operation of berthing a non-powered capsize ship or the offshore platform of similar size by means of tugs is usually relied on operators'skill,which causes uncertainty of the process.An optimal tug allocation scheme and the corresponding operation procedure are proposed based on the author's experience.The dynamic analysis of the berthing process is conducted by empirical formula calculation to prove the feasibility of the scheme.
