摘要
为有效解决自吸砂船航行过程中出现的振动异常问题,以某新型自吸砂船的首制船为研究对象,结合振动基础理论和相关规范原则,通过对该船的轴系安装质量、螺旋桨几何位置和艉部线型等进行分析,剖析引发振动问题的根源。在此基础上,针对性地提出整改对策,其中创新性地提出采用浅C型扇形槽、设置钟形减振穴等减振措施。实际检验结果表明,这些对策的减振效果明显,相关技术路线和解决方案是有效的,可供同类型船舶的设计和建造参考。
A new type of self-pumping sand barge is found there to be abnormal vibration during field trial.In order to solve the vibration problem,the shafting installation quality,the geometric position of the propeller and the stern hull form are reexamined and analyzed.The measures to solve the problem is figured out and verified.Some innovative vibration dampers are designed,such as the shallow C-shaped groove and bell-shaped damping hole.
