关于军队安置房项目工程质量管理工作的探讨

军队住房保障事关军人权益,关乎军队稳定与军人家庭幸福。军队安置房作为军队现住房保障的主要模式之一,其项目工程质量直接影响保障质量,因此,对军队安置房进行工程质量管理十分必要。论文以某军队安置房项目工程为例,了解其工程特点和项目质量管理模式,特别是对于该项目采用的两标段施工管理模式,分析其工程前期进行的质量管理策划,对其工程施工期间质量管理的相关部署,以及项目质量管理中的工作方法、手段进行归纳,为当前军队建设安置房项目进行质量管理提供有益参考。

The guarantee of military housing projects is important to the benefits of military,related to the stability of the military and the happiness of military families.As one of the main parts of military housing benefit,the project quality of military housing projects directly affects the quality of benefit.It is necessary to supervise the project quality management of military housing.In this paper,it uses an army housing project as an example,to understand the engineering characteristic and the project quality management mode.It focus on the two blocks construction management mode,analysis of the early stage of the project quality management planning,the engineering construction quality management during the period of deployment,and project quality management of the work,methods and ways.It provides useful references and suggestions for quality management of current military resettlement housing projects.
