摘要
房屋建筑的寿命周期中,使用和维护、管理必须给予足够的重视。论文通过一栋典型的学校建筑,详细介绍房屋建筑的安全评估技术;通过对52栋建筑的安全评估结果分析,介绍学校既有建筑安全评估结果特点,以供管理参考。
In the life cycle of a building,enough attention must be paid to the use,maintenance and management.Taking a typical school building as example,this paper introduces the building safety assessment technology in detail.Based on the results analysis of 52 buildings safety assessment,this paper presents the characteristics of the safety assessment results of existing buildings in school,which can be used for management reference.
