摘要
基于BIM技术的装配式建筑PC构件信息集成及应用,借助筑享云构件管理系统,以装配式建筑生产、运输和吊装作为背景,通过实际案例进行分析,基于BIM技术的可视化、集成化及信息化,利用BIM技术信息管理集成平台,为PC构件与项目信息集成提供理论支撑及技术保证,优化装配式建筑构件信息,提高效率,对装配式建筑与信息化发展具有良好的推动作用。
This paper studies the information integration and application of assembly building PC component based on BIM technology,taking the whole industrial chain of prefabricated building design,production,transportation and hoisting as the research background,in view of the PC components,large number of types,involving large amount of information,this paper analyzes the information integration management of PC component based on BIM technology,through the actual case analysis,visualization,integration and informatization based on BIM technology,using BIM technology information management integration platform,provide theoretical support and technical guarantee for PC component and project information integration,to optimize the PC component information management of the whole industrial chain of prefabricated buildings,improve the operational efficiency of assembly projects,it aims to promote the rapid development of prefabricated buildings and information technology.
