藿砂颗粒挥发油的提取及β-CD包合工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的优选藿砂颗粒挥发油提取及包合工艺。方法按照L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验设计,以挥发油得率为指标优选挥发油提取工艺;以挥发油包合率、包合物收得率及综合评分为指标优选β-环糊精(β-CD)包合工艺。结果按照预实验挥发油提取3 h,最佳提取工艺为药材过10目筛,加10倍水,浸泡15 min,提取2次;最佳包合工艺为挥发油:β-CD为1∶8,50℃包合1 h,搅拌速度500 r·min^(-1)。结论该工艺合理,适合该颗粒挥发油的提取及包合。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction and inclusion process of volatile oil from HuoSha granules.METHODS According to L_(9)(3^(4)) orthogonal test design,the extraction process of volatile oil was optimized with the yield of volatile oil as the index.β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology was optimized by inclusion rate of volatile oil,inclusion rate of inclusion compound and comprehensive score.RESULTS According to the preliminary experiment,the volatile oil was extracted for 3 hours.The best extraction conditions were as follows:the crude medicine with medicinal powder was shattered into 10 meshes,10 times the amount of water was added,soaked for 15 minutes,and extract twice.The best inclusion conditions ofβ-cyclodextrin ware as follows:volatile oil:β-CD was 1∶8,the inclusion temperature was at 50℃,inclusion time for 1 h,and the mixing speed was 500 r·min^(-1).CONCLUSION The method is reasonable,and can be applied in the volatile oil extraction and inclusion of HuoSha granules.
