降低海芋草酸钙针晶皮肤刺激的可行性研究

摘要 目的探讨降低海芋针晶皮肤刺激性的方法,为其后续安全应用提供实验依据。方法显微镜观察比较加热前后针晶外观形态的改变;采取小鼠挠痒实验,将实验小鼠分为正常对照组、阳性对照组、海芋汁液组、不同比例针晶液组和针晶加热组,比较上述各组的形态学、行为学改变,并对实验后的小鼠皮肤HE染色,光镜下逐一观察上述各组的组织学改变。结果镜下观察加热前后的针晶外观无明显区别;在行为学实验中发现,阳性对照组、海芋汁液组、不同比例针晶液组与正常组比较,搔抓潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.05),搔抓次数明显增加(P<0.05);组织学检查也存在明显改变,其中阳性对照组改变最为明显,针晶经过加热处理后与正常组比较无显著差异;形态学实验结果显示除阳性对照组外,其他各组均无明显改变。结论加热处理是降低针晶皮肤刺激性的可行方法。 OBJECTIVE To explore the method of reducing the skin irritation of the alocasia needle crystals,and to provide the experimental basis for its clinical safety application.METHODS Observing the changes in the appearance of the needle crystals before and after heating with a microscope;In the mouse scratching experiment,mice were divided into normal control group,positive control group,calla lily juice group,different proportions of needle crystal liquid group,and needle crystal heating group.The morphological and behavioral changes of the above groups were compared,and the mouse skin HE was stained after the experiment was compared.Observing the histological changes of the above groups gradually under a light microscope.RESULTS Under the microscope,there was no obvious difference in the appearance of the needle crystals before and after heating.In the behavioral experiment,it was found that when the positive control group,the calla juice group,and the different proportions of the needle crystal liquid were compared with the normal group,the incubation period of scratching was significantly shortened(P<0.05),and the number of scratching was significantly increased(P<0.05).There were also significant changes in histological examination when compared with the normal group,among which the positive control group had the most obvious changes,while the needle crystals with heating treatment had no significant difference.Results of morphological experiment showed that except for the positive control group,there was no obvious change in the other groups.CONCLUSION Heating treatment is a feasible method to reduce the skin irritation of needle crystals.
