基于文献计量和可视化技术分析普瑞巴林对癌性神经病理性疼痛全球研究现状及趋势

Analysis of Global Research Status and Trends of Pregabalin on Cancerous Neuropathic Pain Based on Bibliometrics and Visualization Techniques

目的探讨普瑞巴林对癌性神经病理性疼痛的全球研究现状及发展趋势。方法检索2001年01月01日~2021年07月01日Web of Science数据库上关于普瑞巴林治疗的英文文献,用计量学方法对文献进行可视化分析,并分析其发展趋势。结果共纳入3246篇文献,在普瑞巴林对癌性神经病理性疼痛研究领域全球出版文献处于逐年增加趋势,美国文献发表量最多(891篇,被引频次30983);紧随其后的是中国(635篇,被引频次13011)。发表最多文献的作者是Bruera,Eduardo(66篇,被引2285)及Miaskowski,Christine(53篇,被引1979)等。发表文献排前3的期刊是Supportive are in cancer、Journal of pain and symptom management、Medicine。全球发表文献最多的机构是Univ texas md anderson canc ctr、Mayo clin及Mem sloan kettering canc ctr。国家耦合发现总联系最强的国家/地区分别是美国(79310)、中国(63542)及德国(62733),机构耦合总联系强度最强的分别是Univ texas md anderson canc ctr、tilburg univ、univ iowa。相关研究热词主要是普瑞巴林、癌症患者、神经病理性疼痛及生活质量等。结论全球对普瑞巴林治疗癌性神经病理性疼痛方面研究呈增涨趋势,美国和中国在该研究领域居于核心地位。目前主要研究热点词是Neuropathic pain、Cancer、Quality of life。未来的研究热点可能集中在癌性神经病理性疼痛药物治疗及生活质量相关研究。

OBJECTIVE To explore the global research status and development trend of pregabalin on cancerous neuropathic pain.METHODS Retrieval of English literature on pregabalin treatment in The Web of Science database from January 1,2001 to July 1,2021,visualization analysis of literature by metrology method,and analysis of its development trend.RESULTS A total of 3246 articles were included.In the field of pregabalin′s research on cancerous neuropathic pain,the global publication of literature is increasing year by year.The number of publications in the United States is the largest(891 articles,cited 30983);followed by China(635 articles,cited 13011).The authors with the most published articles are Bruera,Eduardo(66 articles,cited 2285)and Miaskowski,Christine(53 articles,cited 1979).The top 3 journals for publications are Supportive are in cancer,Journal of pain and symptom management,and Medicine.The institutions with the most publications in the world are Univ texas md anderson canc ctr,Mayo clin and Mem sloan kettering canc ctr.The countries/regions with the strongest total linkages are found in the United States(79310),China(63542),and Germany(62733).The strongest linkages between institutions are Univ texas md anderson canc ctr,tilburg univ,and univ iowa.Related research hot words are mainly pregabalin,cancer patients,neuropathic pain and quality of life.CONCLUSION The global research on pregabalin in the treatment of cancerous neuropathic pain is on the rise,and the United States and China are at the core of this research field.Currently,the main research hotspots are Neuropathic pain,Cancer,and Quality of life.Future research hotspots may focus on cancer neuropathic pain drug treatment and quality of life related research.
