某三甲医院静配中心儿科抗菌药物拆分收费效果分析

Analysis Regarding the Effect of Splitting Charge for Pediatric Antibacterial Agents in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS)of a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital

目的分析某三甲医院静配中心儿科抗菌药物按剂量收费实施效果。方法选取某三甲医院静配中心2020年1~12月儿科抗菌药物处方共22392张,比较按支收费与按剂量收费模式的总费用。结果所选取的22392张抗菌药物处方,按支收费计算总费用为2180150.57元,按剂量收费计算总费用为1255116.49元,按剂量收费模式总共为患者减少支出925034.08元。结论在保证患者用药安全的前提下,抗菌药物按剂量收费模式可以有效节约患者医疗支出,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of enforcing dosage-based charge on pediatric antibacterial agents for the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS)of a Grade-A tertiary hospital.METHODS A total of 22392 prescriptions of pediatric antibacterial agents made from January to December 2020 were obtained from the PIVAS of a Grade-A tertiary hospital to compare the total expense between unit-based billing and dosage-based billing.RESULTS The total amount of expense incurred by these 22392 prescriptions of antibacterial agents is 2180150.57 yuan under the former mode,and is 1255116.49 yuan under the latter mode,which means a reduction by 925034.08 yuan.CONCLUSION While ensuring the safety of patients,the mode of basing charge on the dosage of antibacterial agents is effective in lowering the medical expenses burdened by patients,which is worthy of promotion.
