摘要 省级电力公司营销服务中心计量试验检测业务存在设备自动化程度低、试验过程缺乏有效的管控手段的问题。省级计量中心生产调度系统(MDS)作为国家电网公司统一建设并推广的系统,在省级电力公司试验检测业务管控方面也缺乏相应的功能支撑。依托MDS的“统一设计,统一推广”的原则,开展智慧实验室管理系统设计,实现对下属公司计量试验检测业务的规范化管理。智慧实验室管理系统通过相应的功能模块,实现对实验室“人机料法环”各类要素的智能化管理;通过统一的接口规约,实现了对试验检测装置的统一接入,解决了各类接口不规范的问题,实现了试验数据的规范化上传。通过试点应用,根据试验完成时间、准确率、故障处理时间等各类指标的对比情况,验证了该系统在大规模计量器具集中试验检测模式下的优越性。该研究推进了计量实验室精细化管理领域的研究水平。 There are problems of low degree of equipment automation and lack of effective control means in the testing process in the measurement test and inspection business of marketing service centers of provincial power companies.The measurement dispatching system(MDS)of provincial metering centers,as a unified system built and promoted by the State Grid Corporation,also lacks corresponding functional support in the control of test and inspection business of provincial power companies.As a unified system built and promoted by the State Grid Corporation,MDS of provincial power companies also lacks corresponding functional support in the control of testing and inspection business.Relying on the principle of"unified design and unified promotion"of MDS,the intelligent laboratory management system is designed to realize the standardized management of metrology testing business of provincial companies.In the smart laboratory management system,intelligent management of various elements of laboratory"human,machine,material,method and environment"is analyzed through corresponding functional modules,and the unified access to test and inspection devices is ayalyzed through unified interface statute,solves the problem of irregularities of various interfaces,and realizes standardized uploading of test data.Through the pilot application,the superiority of the system in the mode of centralized test and inspection of large-scale measuring instruments has been verified based on the comparison of various indicators such as test completion time,accuracy rate and troubleshooting time,and the research level in the field of metrology laboratory refinement management.
