摘要
针对瞬态传导骚扰抑制装置中退耦元件性能衰减、多级浪涌保护器配合失效的问题,搭建了以磁环作为退耦元件的并联型两级压敏电阻群脉冲试验电路。通过对比试验,研究了磁环作为退耦元件的可行性。试验结果表明,磁环作为退耦元件引入两级压敏电阻之间,可有效降低被保护负载两端耦合的骚扰电压峰值,并提高前、后级压敏电阻在导通动作时的瞬态电流分流比。同时,提出了磁环作为退耦元件应用在并联型两级压敏电阻之间时,两级压敏电阻电气参数和退耦磁环绕线匝数的选取方法。该研究可为电气设备浪涌防护领域的相关设计提供参考。
For the transient conducted nuisance suppression device decoupling element performance decay,multi-stage surge protector with the failure of the problem,the parallel type two-stage varistor group pulse test circuit with a magnetic ring as a decoupling element is set up.Through a comparative test,the feasibility of the magnetic ring as a decoupling element is studied.The experimental results show that the introduction of the magnetic ring as a decoupling element between the two-stage varistors can effectively reduce the peak nuisance voltage coupled at both ends of the protected load and improve the transient current shunt ratio of the front and rear stages of the varistors during the on-state operation.At the same time,also the magnetic ring as a decoupling element applied in parallel type two varistor between the two varistor electrical parameters and the number of turns of decoupling magnetic wrap-around line selection method are put forward.The study can provide a reference for the design of electrical equipment surge protection field.
