摘要 为进一步加快城市的现代化建设、促进智慧城市健康发展的问题,分析了互联网背景下的城市智慧交通系统的特征。首先,介绍了互联网背景下的城市发展和智慧交通的管理现状。其次,对智慧交通的评价理论和具体内容进行了详细说明。最后,基于智慧交通评价理论,采用发掘了层次分析法和模糊评价技术,设计了城市智慧交通评价模型及评价指标体系。以A市的交通数据为例展开实证分析。调查结果显示:智慧交通管理系统的评价指标分为4个二级指标和11个三级指标。其中:基础设施建设水平的整体得分较低,属于发展较差的指标;信息服务水平和交通管理水平的评价为中等偏上;道路安全状况水平较高,万车死亡率以及重大安全交通事故的数量维持在较低的水平,两者的指标评价得分均高于90分,说明道路安全状况发展良好。该研究为指挥交通提供了新的测试方法,并且通过研究建立了科学的智慧交通评价体系,为智慧城市的发展提供了参考。 To further accelerate the modernization of cities and promote the healthy development of smart cities,the characteristics of urban smart transportation system in the context of the Internet are analyzed.Firstly,the current situation of urban development and management of smart transportation in the context of Internet is introduced.Secondly,the evaluation theory and specific contents of smart transportation are explained in detail.Finally,based on the evaluation theory of smart transportation,analytical hierachy process and fuzzy evaluation techniques are used,and the evaluation model and evaluation index system of urban smart transportation are designed.The traffic data of City A is used as an example to start the empirical analysis.The findings show that the evaluation indexes of smart transportation management system are divided into 4 secondary and 11 tertiary indexes.Among them:the overall score of infrastructure construction level is low,which is a poorly developed indicator;the evaluation of information service level and traffic management level is medium to high;the level of road safety condition is high,the death rate of ten thousand vehicles and the number of major safety traffic accidents are maintained at a low level,and the evaluation scores of both indicators are higher than 90 points,which indicates that the road safety condition is well developed.The study provides a new test method for commanding traffic and establishes a scientific evaluation system for intelligent traffic through the study,and provides a reference for the development of intelligent cities.
