基于密钥技术的儿童慢性病诊疗信息保密系统

Information confidentiality system for diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases in children based on key technology

为提升儿童慢性病诊疗信息保护能力,提高信息保密置乱度水平,设计基于密钥技术的儿童慢性病诊疗信息保密系统。建立儿童慢性病诊疗信息数据加密密钥协议,利用参数跟踪识别方法,分析信息保密数据结构,构建信息加密算术编码模型。采用密钥构造和算术编码,加密儿童慢性病诊疗信息,分析信息保密和随机编码中的抗攻击能力,搜索信息保密密文,实现关键字信息编码和隐私保密。仿真结果表明,所提方法的信息保密抗攻击性较好,加密输出的置乱度水平较高,具有较好的儿童慢性病诊疗信息保护能力。

In order to improve the protection ability of children’s chronic disease diagnosis and treatment information and improve the level of information security and scrambling,a children’s chronic disease diagnosis and treatment information security system based on key technology is designed.Use the parameter tracking identification method,the data structure of information security is analyzed,and the arithmetic coding model of information encryption is constructed.The key structure and arithmetic coding are used to encrypt the diagnosis and treatment information of children’s chronic diseases,analyze the anti attack ability of information security and random coding,search the information security ciphertext,and realize the key information coding and privacy.The simulation results show that the proposed method has good information security and anti attack ability,high scrambling level of encrypted output,and good information protection ability for diagnosis and treatment of children’s chronic diseases.
