视频流业务客户服务质量智能监控应用研究

摘要 网络视频业务发展至今依然存在较多问题,如数据采集、压缩、传输等存在多种形式的失真,严重影响客户体验感。为了对网络视频流业务进行实时质量监测,采用MPEG2-TS方式搭建实验室视频流业务网络,选择无参考的客观评估方法MDI作为视频监控终端的监测算法,通过对视频流DF和MLR指标进行监测,实现视频质量实时监控评估。实验结果表明,MDI指标和MOS指标映射关系能较好地弥补单MDI指标的缺陷,对多种视频业务都能实时准确地给出视频流质量指标,与实测值的吻合程度高达95.4%,验证了视频流检测系统的性能。 There are still many problems in the development of network video business,such as data acquisition,compression,transmission and other forms of distortion,which seriously affect the customer experience.In order to monitor the real-time quality of network video stream service,MPEG2-TS mode is used to build the laboratory video stream service network.The objective evaluation method MDI without reference is selected as the monitoring algorithm of video monitoring terminal.By extracting and monitoring the DF and MLR indexes of video stream,the real-time monitoring and evaluation of video quality is realized.The experiment results show that the mapping relationship between MDI index and MOS index can make up for the defect of single MDI index,and the video stream quality index can be given accurately for a variety of video services in real time,and the coincidence degree with the measured value is as high as 95.4%,which verifies the performance of the video stream detection system.
