数字慈善促进共同富裕的机制与路径研究

共同富裕是中国共产党的初心,也是人民群众的共同期盼。2021年习近平总书记在《扎实推动共同富裕》中指出,要促进共同富裕,必须“构建初次分配、再分配、三次分配协调配套的基础性制度安排”,而第三次分配主要是指慈善事业。随着信息技术的发展,数字慈善这种依靠互联网以数字的方式进行慈善活动,帮助贫困或病弱的人们的慈善新业态成了新时代信息化发展的必然产物,数字慈善的产生,助推了新时代的共同富裕。本文通过对数字慈善的特点和发展趋势进行分析,探索数字慈善促进共同富裕的机理,构建数字慈善促进共同富裕的机制,并提出实现路径,从而最终实现共同富裕。

Common prosperity is the original intention of the Communist Party of China and the common expectation of the people.To Promote Common Prosperity,General Secretary Xi Jinping said in an article in the2021 titled“Solid Promotion of common prosperity,”It is necessary to“Establish basic institutional arrangements for the coordination of initial distribution,redistribution and third distribution.”And the third distribution mainly refers to charities.With the development of information technology,digital philanthropy,which relies on the Internet to carry out charity activities in a digital way,has become an inevitable outcome of the development of information technology in the new era,a new era of shared prosperity.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and development trend of digital charity pair,this paper explores the mechanism of digital charity promoting common prosperity,constructs the mechanism of digital charity promoting common prosperity,and puts forward the path to realize common prosperity.
