县域创新生态系统:理论建构与实践思考——以江苏省江阴市为例

City Innovation Ecosystem:Theory Crafting and Practical Thinking——Take Jiangyin City of Jiangsu Province as an Example

本文从创新生态系统的视角解析区域发展的内在机制,以区域、产业与企业三层互动为线索,以“资本—科技—人才—文化”关键性要素为支撑,着重分析以企业家为主体的江阴案例。本文通过研究得出,以江阴为代表的县域创新生态系统是以企业家精神为灵魂,以企业和产业创新生态系统,以全球通道和地方蜂鸣的协作为创新动力,多主体协同共进、互动共生的区域创新生态系统。

This article analyzes the internal mechanism of regional innovation development from the perspective of innovation ecosystem,focusing on the analysis of Jiangyin case with entrepreneurs as the main body,with the three-layer interaction of enterprises,industries and regions as the clue,and with the key elements of“capital-technology-talent-culture”as the support.This article points out that the city innovation ecosystem represented by Jiangyin takes entrepreneurship as its soul,enterprise and industrial innovation ecosystem as two important aspects,global channel and local coordination as its driving force for innovation.It is an ecosystem with multi-subject interaction,symbiosis and collaborative progress.
