The Exploration on the Role of Pharmacists in the Reform of Payment Methods of Diagnosis Related Groups

近年来医保支付费用高、看病难、看病贵等问题被社会广泛关注,为进一步推进医药卫生体制改革,2019年国家展开实施了疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)付费试点工作。在DRGs付费背景下,药师作为不可或缺的一员,应在保障患者用药合理、有效、安全、经济等方面做出积极贡献,本文主要探讨及思考药师在DRGs付费改革过程中作用的发挥。

In recent years,there has been widespread concern about the high cost of medical insurance payment,the difficulty and high cost of seeing a doctor.In order to further promote the reform of the medical and health care system,China launched a pilot project to charge related groups for Disease Diagnosis(DRGs)in 2019.In the context of DRGs payment,pharmacists,as an indispensable member,should make positive contributions to ensure rational,effective,safe and economic drug use for patients.This paper mainly discusses and explores the role of pharmacists in the DRGs payment reform.
