2022年4月21日,最高人民法院舉行新聞發布會。最高人民法院民三庭庭長林廣海、最高人民法院民三庭副庭長李劍、最高人民法院知識產權法庭副庭長周翔出席發饰會,通報全國法院2021年知識產權司法保護的總體情况,發饰《最高人民法院關於第一審知識產權民事、行政案件管轄的若干規定》以及2021年中國法院10大知識童權案件和50件典型知識產權案例。
On 21 April 2022,the Supreme People's Court(SPC)held a press conference.Lin Guanghai,President of the SPC's Third Civill Division,Li Jian,Vice-President of the SPC's Third Civil Division,and Zhou Xiang,Vice-President of the SPC's IP Court,atended the press conference,introducing the overall situation of IP judicial protection in China in 2021,and releasing the Several Provisions of the SPC on Jurisdiction over First-Instance Civil and Administrative IP Cases,and 2022 Top 10 IP Cases and Top 50 Typical IP Cases of Chinese Courts.
