家庭收入与自控力对大学生烟草使用的影响

Impact of household income and self-control on tobacco use among college students

目的了解湖南省长沙市大学生传统烟草与电子烟使用现状及家庭收入与自控力对大学生烟草使用的影响,为帮助大学生减少与戒除烟草使用提供科学依据。方法采用一般人口学调查问卷、自控力问卷、大学生烟草使用行为调查问卷对湖南省长沙市大学城650名学生进行调查。结果大学生传统烟草使用率为27.4%,电子烟使用率为8.3%,90.7%的电子烟使用者同时使用传统烟草;与传统烟草使用相同,电子烟使用的性别差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01),与传统烟草使用不同的是,电子烟使用的家庭居住地差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家庭收入高(OR=1.136,95%CI:1.024~1.261,P=0.016)是大学生传统烟草使用的危险因素,节制娱乐能力低(OR=0.828,95%CI:0.752~0.912,P<0.001)是大学生使用传统烟草和电子烟(OR=0.791,95%CI:0.674~0.929,P=0.004)的危险因素,而使用传统烟草(OR=31.756,95%CI:11.579~87.093,P<0.001)则是大学生使用电子烟的危险因素。结论家庭收入高、自控力低的大学生容易成为传统烟草使用者,而一旦成为传统烟草使用者,使用电子烟的概率也将会显著增加。

Objective To understand the current status of traditional tobacco and e-cigarette use among college students in Changsha City,Hunan Province,and the impact of household income and self-control on college students'tobacco use,and to provide a scientific basis for helping college students reduce and quit tobacco use.Methods A general demographic questionnaire,self-control questionnaire,and college students'tobacco use behavior questionnaire were used to survey in 650 students in University Town,Changsha City,Hunan Province.Results The traditional tobacco use rate of college students was 27.4%,the e-cigarette use rate was 8.3%,and 90.7% of the e-cigarette users used traditional tobacco at the same time;the same as the traditional tobacco use,the gender difference in the use of e-cigarettes was statistically significant(P<0.01).Different from traditional tobacco use,the difference in the place of residence of households using e-cigarettes is statistically significant(P<0.05).The household income is high(OR=1.136,95%CI:1.024~1.261,P=0.016),low ability to control entertainment(OR=0.828,95%CI:0.752~0.912,P<0.001)is a risk factor for traditional tobacco use among college students;low ability to control entertainment(OR=0.791,95%CI:0.674~0.929,P=0.004)and the use of traditional tobacco(OR=31.756,95%CI:11.579~87.093,P<0.001)are the risk factors for college students to use electronic cigarettes.Conclusion College students with high household income and low self-control ability are likely to become traditional tobacco users,and once they become traditional tobacco users,the probability of using electronic cigarettes also increases significantly.
