摘要
高压直流断路器可快速切断故障电流并退运故障部分,避免多端柔性直流系统停运而对与其相连的交流系统产生冲击。加装直流断路器的系统高度依赖通信数据以判断线路故障,通过其快速切除并隔离故障。为提高电力系统运行的安全性、稳定性和供电可靠性,文章以±160 kV高压断路器控制系统与直流线路保护策略为例,研究其传输通道方式、可靠性和时延,并与常规保护进行对比,总结基于高压直流断路器保护策略下针对通信传输要求的关键技术。
The high-voltage DC circuit breaker can quickly cut off the fault current and stop the fault part to avoid the impact on the AC system connected to it due to the shutdown of multi terminal flexible DC system.The system equipped with DC circuit breaker highly depends on communication data to judge the line fault,and quickly remove and isolate the fault through it.In order to improve the security,stability and power supply reliability of power system operation,taking±160 kV high voltage circuit breaker control system and DC line protection strategy as an example,this paper studies its transmission channel mode,reliability and time delay,compares it with conventional protection,and summarizes the key technologies for communication transmission requirements based on high voltage DC circuit breaker protection strategy.
