摘要 当前电网企业实体印章盖章普遍采用“文件打印+线上用印申请+线下手工用印”模式,线上用印申请与线下用印盖章脱节,无法形成闭环管控。文章高度集成工业自动化技术、人工智能图像识别算法,开展文档智能比对、数字水印以及机械臂等技术攻关与验证,研发设计一种集扫描、打印、审批、盖章、鉴伪多功能于一体的新型物联网智能融合签章工作台装置和系统,并在国网某网省公司试点应用。与市场化智慧印章产品相比,新型物联网智能融合签章工作台装置和系统具有安全可控、自助用印、精准盖章等特点,产品集成化、智能化程度更高。 At present,the mode of"document printing+online seal application+offline manual seal"is widely used for seal sealing of power grid enterprises.Online seal application is out of line with offline seal,which cannot form closed-loop control.This paper highly integrates industrial automation technology and artificial intelligence image recognition algorithm,carries out technical research and verification such as intelligent document comparison,digital watermarking and robotic arm,and develops and designs a new type multi-functional IoT intelligent fusion signature workbench device and system with integration of scanning,printing,approval,stamping,and counterfeiting.The device and system has been demonstrated and applied in a provincial company of the State Grid.Compared with the market-oriented smart seal products,the new IoT intelligent fusion signature workbench device and system have the characteristics of safety and control,self-service printing,and precise stamping,and the products are more integrated and intelligent.
