摘要 电磁检测具有非接触、快速、高效的优势,在大型钢结构件的检测中具有广阔的应用前景,且多种检测方式集成是电磁检测的发展趋势。为此,提出了一种集成漏磁、电磁超声和导波电磁检测软件的可复用结构设计方法。采用“模块化模型”思路设计功能模块,基于“软件总线结构”概念实现模块间的数据通信。通过设计标准化的数据接口,以满足各模块的独立开发和拓展,并与软件系统无缝连接,再使用调度控制器进行检测模式或状态的切换,以实现多种检测功能。最后基于Windows环境的MFC开发一套检测软件,并进行了验证。 Electromagnetic testing has the advantages of non-contact, fast and efficient.It has broad application prospects in the test of large steel structures, and the integration of multiple testing methods is the development trend of electromagnetic testing.Therefore, a reusable structure design method integrating magnetic flux leakage, electromagnetic ultrasound and guided electromagnetic testing software is proposed.The function module is designed with the idea of “modular model”,and the data communication between modules is realized based on the concept of “software bus structure”.Through the design of standardized data interface to meet the independent development and expansion of each functional module, and seamlessly connect with the software system, and then use the scheduling controller to switch the testing mode or state, so as to realize a variety of testing functions.Finally, a set of testing software is developed and verified based on microsoft foundation classes(MFC) in Windows environment.
