摘要
为了研究肃北牦牛线粒体基因组组成及结构,对肃北牦牛线粒体基因组进行了测序、组装、注释。结果表明,肃北牦牛线粒体基因组全长16324 bp,包含13个蛋白编码基因、22个tRNAs、2个rRNAs及1个控制区,碱基组成为A=5501(33.70%),T=4453(27.28%),G=2158(13.22%),C=4212(25.80%),A+T含量(60.98%)明显高于G+C含量(39.02%),表现出明显的碱基偏好。系统发育分析表明,家牦牛与野牦牛首先聚为一类,再与美洲野牛聚在一起,聚类关系为((((((野牦牛+家牦牛)+美洲野牛)+野牛)+(欧洲野牛+家牛))+((野水牛+水牛)+非洲野水牛))+藏羚羊)。
In order to study the composition and structure of the mitochondrial genome of Subei yak,the mitochondrial genome of Subei yak was sequenced,assembled and annotated.The results showed that the mitochondrial genome of Subei yak was 16324 bp in length,including 13 protein-coding genes,22 tRNAs,2 rRNAs and a control region,and the base composition was as follows:A=5501(33.70%),T=4453(27.28%),G=2158(13.22%),C=4212(25.80%),A+T content(60.98%)was significantly higher than G+C content(39.02%),showing obvious base preference.The phylogenetic analysis showed that domestic yak and wild yak first gathered together,and then the whole yak and American bison gathered together,and the clustering relationship was((((((Bos mutus+Bos grunniens)+Bison bison)+Bos gaurus)+(Bison bonasus)+Bos taurus))+((Bubalus arnee+Bubalus bubalis)+Syncerus caffer))+Pantholops hodgsonii).
