重症监护室高频接触物体表面医院感染预防策略研究进展

Research progress on nosocomial infection prevention strategies for high-frequency contact surfaces in intensive care units

重症监护室(ICU)是医院感染的高发场所,环境中的高频接触物体成为ICU医院感染发生、传播的重要媒介,目前ICU内环境高频接触物体的管理尚未引起足够重视。从ICU医院感染的发生概况、高频接触物体的概念入手,综述ICU中高频接触物体的种类及感染的状况,分析ICU环境中高频接触物体的消毒管理方案,旨在为ICU医院感染预防提供科学依据。

Intensive care unit(ICU)is a place with high incidence of nosocomial infection.The high-frequency contact objects in the environment have become an important medium for the occurrence and transmission of nosocomial infection in ICU.At present,the management of high-frequency contact objects in ICU environment has not attracted enough attention.Starting with the general situation of nosocomial infection in ICU and the concept of high-frequency contact objects,this paper summarized the types and infection status of high-frequency contact objects in ICU,and analyzed the disinfection management scheme of high-frequency contact objects in ICU environment,in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention of nosocomial infection in ICU.
