晚期肿瘤病人安宁疗护服务需求现状及影响因素分析

Status quo and influencing factors analysis of demand for hospice care service in advanced cancer patients

目的:调查晚期肿瘤病人安宁疗护服务需求现状并分析其影响因素,为晚期肿瘤病人安宁疗护照护体系的构建提供参考依据。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取2019年12月—2020年1月在江西某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院住院的240例晚期肿瘤病人为研究对象,采用安宁疗护需求评估量表对其进行问卷调查,采用单因素分析及多元线性回归分析研究晚期肿瘤病人安宁疗护服务需求的影响因素。结果:晚期肿瘤病人安宁疗护服务需求总分为(96.12±11.76)分,多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、婚姻状况、家庭互动模式是影响晚期肿瘤病人安宁疗护服务需求的主要因素。结论:晚期肿瘤病人安宁疗护服务需求处于中度水平,年龄小,未婚、离异及丧偶,男主/女主决策的病人需求更高,安宁疗护从业人员应根据病人特点提供个性化护理。

Objective:To investigate the demand status of hospice care services for patients with advanced cancer and analyze its influencing factors,providing reference for the construction of hospice passport care system for patients with advanced cancer.Methods:A total of 240 patients with advanced cancer who were hospitalized in a third grade A tumor hospital in Jiangxi province from December 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.Questionnaire survey was conducted with Hospice Care Demand Assessment Scale.Single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to study the influencing factors of hospice care service demand of advanced cancer patients.Results:The total score of hospice care service demand of advanced cancer patients was(96.12±11.76).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,marital status and family interaction pattern were the main factors that affected hospice care service demand of patients with advanced cancer.Conclusions:Patients with advanced cancer have medium level of demand for hospice care,and patients with younger age,unmarried,divorced and widowed,male/female decision-making had higher demand.Hospice practitioners should provide personalized care according to the characteristics of patients.
