Role of neutrophils in myocardial infarction:a bibliometric and visual analysis

目的了解中性粒细胞在心肌梗死中作用的研究现状,分析该领域的研究趋势。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库中2000~2020年中性粒细胞和心肌梗死的相关文献,通过CiteSpace进行整理和可视化分析,制作和分析作者合作网络图谱、机构合作网络图谱、国家合作网络图谱、关键词共现网络图谱和文献共被引图谱等。结果检索相关文献2172篇。近20年的发文量总体呈增长趋势。美国、中国、土耳其发文量较多,且发文机构主要以哈佛大学、慕尼黑大学等大学为主要力量。Circulation和J Am Coll Cardiol为发文较多的期刊。中性粒细胞胞外陷阱、炎症、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、抬高型心肌梗死等为近年的研究热点。结论文章研究结果可为今后从事心肌梗死和中性粒细胞的研究人员了解该领域的热点和预测未来发展趋势提供依据。

Objective To understand the current status of research on the role of neutrophils in myocardial infarction(MI),and analyze the research trends in this field.Methods The documents related to neutrophils and MI were retrieved from the core collection databases of Web of Science from 2000 to 2020,were given arrangement and visual analysis by using CiteSpace software.The cooperation network maps of author,institutions and countries,keyword co-appearance network map and document co-citation network map were developed and analyzed.Results There were 2172 relevant documents retrieved.The number of published papers has shown an overall upward trend in the past 20 years.The United States,China,and Turkey have a large number of published papers,and the publishing organizations are mainly based on universities such as Harvard University and the University of Munich.Circulation and Journal of the American College of Cardiology are the journals with a large number of published papers.Neutrophil extracellular traps,inflammation,neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio,elevation myocardial infarction have become research hotspots in recent years.Conclusion The results can provide the basis for the researchers engaged in myocardial infarction and neutrophils to understand the hotspots in this field and predict future development trends.
