摘要
本文简单介绍安全气囊系统的构成与原理,对故障车及零部件进行多种检测,根据检测结果对气囊回路阻值高的问题进行深入分析,最终确定端子压接区形成的膜层导致回路阻值异常,为从源头上解决该问题提供依据。由于装配不当造成的线路异常、零部件损坏等原因造成的故障不在本文讨论范围。
Vehicles often report high resistance fault of SRS,which is eliminated after maintenance,but the fault reappears after a period of time,and the root cause cannot be found.This paper briefly describes the composition and principle of the SRS,carries out various tests on the faulty vehicle and parts,deeply analyzes the problem of high resistance of the SRS according to the test results,and finally determines that the film formed in the terminal crimping area leads to the high resistance of the circuit,which provides a basis for solving the problem from the source.The faults caused by improper assembly,such as abnormal circuit and damage of parts and components,are not discussed in this paper.
