发动机用主电子水泵电容失效问题分析及解决方案

摘要 目前发动机用主电子水泵为无刷直流电机控制的一款中功率电子元器件,电机控制器目前表现的失效模式多为MOS管失效和铝电解电容的失效,汽车级铝电解电容使用多为轴向引线电解电容和立式贴片电容两种;电容在电路中主要起滤波储能的作用,当电路中电容失效后可引起电子水泵故障,本文通过对铝电解电容器失效模式进行分析并根据具体失效模式提出解决方案。 At present,the main electronic water pump for the engine is a medium power electronic component controlled by brushless DC motor.At present,the failure modes of motor controller are mostly MOS tube failure and aluminum electrolytic capacitor failure.Automotive aluminum electrolytic capacitors are mostly axial lead electrolytic capacitor and vertical chip capacitor;The capacitor mainly plays the role of filtering and energy storage in the circuit.When the capacitor in the circuit fails,it can cause the failure of electronic water pump.This paper analyzes the failure mode of aluminum electrolytic capacitor and puts forward the solution according to the specific failure mode.
