环境温度对整车起动阻力矩的影响研究

摘要 发动机内部阻力和变速器输入轴的阻力是汽车在起动过程中需要克服的主要阻力,尤其在寒冷的冬季,需要给发动机提供更多的燃料,才能克服相关阻力使车辆顺利起动。为提高整车起动性能并降低排放和油耗,基于转毂和环境舱在整车上开展发动机和变速器输入轴阻力矩研究,通过测试在不同环境温度、不同发动机转速或车速下对应的发动机和变速器输入轴阻力,研究发动机和变速器输入轴阻力矩随温度的变化情况。通过测试研究发现,发动机和变速器输入轴阻力矩会随着环境温度的降低而增大,但并非逐渐递增关系。 The resistance inside the engine and the transmission input shaft is the main resistance that the car needs to overcome in the starting process,especially in the cold winter,it is necessary to provide more fuel to the engine,in order to overcome the relevant resistance to make the vehicle start smoothly.In order to improve the vehicle starting performance and reduce emissions and fuel consumption,warehouse on vehicle based on the transfer hub and the study on the engine and transmission input shaft torque,by testing in different environment temperature,under different engine speed or speed of engine and transmission input shaft resistance and the engine and transmission input shaft torque with the change of temperature.It is found that the resistance moment of the input shaft of the engine and transmission increases with the decrease of ambient temperature,but it's not a gradual relationship.
