云南某市居民2021年基本医疗素养水平及其影响因素研究

Research on Basic Medical Literacy Level and Its Influencing Factors of Residents in a City of Yunan Province in 2021

目的了解云南省泸水市居民的基本医疗素养水平及其影响因素,为提高当地居民的基本医疗素养水平提供科学依据。方法采用分层多阶段随机抽样的方法,抽取泸水市15~69岁的常住居民2022人,开展问卷调查。结果泸水市居民2021年的基本医疗素养水平为10.85%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,居住地、文化程度、家庭年收入是泸水市居民基本医疗素养的影响因素。农村居民的基本医疗素养水平低于城市居民(OR=0.651;95%CI:0.429~0.987);基本医疗素养水平随居民文化程度的增高而增高;家庭年收入≥1万元居民的基本医疗素养水平均高于家庭年收入<1万元的居民。结论泸水市居民的基本医疗素养水平较低,应结合基本医疗素养水平的相关影响因素开展有针对性的健康教育和干预,从而提升居民的基本医疗素养水平。

Objective To understand the basic medical literacy level of residents in Lushui City of Yunnan Province and its influencing factors,and provide the scientific basis for improving the basic medical literacy level of residents in the city.Methods Based on stratified multi-stage random sampling method,2022 permanent residents aged 15-69 in Lushui City were selected to carry out a questionnaire survey.Results In 2021,the basic medical literacy level of residents in Lushui City was 10.85%.Logistic regression analysis showed that residence,education level,and annual family income were the influencing factors of basic medical literacy of residents in Lushui City;the level of basic medical literacy of rural residents was lower than that of urban residents(OR=0.651;95%CI:0.429-0.987);the level of basic medical literacy increaseed with the increasing of residents’educational level;the level of basic medical literacy of residents with annual family income of≥10000 yuan was higher than that of residents with annual household income of<10000 yuan.Conclusion The level of basic medical literacy of residents in Lushui City is low,so health education and intervention should be carried out according to the relevant influencing factors of basic medical literacy,so as to improve the level of basic medical literacy of residents in Lushui City.
