基于健康促进视野下的城市绿化发展策略研究

Research on Urban Greening Development Strategy Based on Health Promotion

目的基于健康促进视野,筛选城市绿化过程中的健康影响因素,为城市绿化发展提供健康学指导。方法利用文献分析研究城市不同分区的绿化健康影响因素,并通过德尔菲法对其进行评分筛选。结果文献分析初步筛选出城市四个不同功能分区的健康影响因素有8个;参与咨询的专家共16人,权威系数0.751,协调系数0.034(P<0.05),对8个绿化健康影响因素的重要性评分均数为3.69~4.81。专家对城市绿化发展策略提出三点建议:因地制宜增补绿植,优化绿化布局;推广绿色产业,加强绿化与健康融合;统筹绿化管理,巩固奖惩机制。结论从健康促进角度探索城市绿化发展策略是生态优先、绿色发展和以人为本理念的深度体现,有利于人与自然、经济三者的协调可持续发展。

Objective Based on the vision of health promotion,to screen the health influencing factors in the process of urban greening,and to provide health guidance for the development of urban greening.Methods The influencing factors of greening health in different urban areas were screened by literature analysis,then selected by Delphi method.Results A total of 8 health influencing factors were selected by literature analysis.Amount of 16 experts participated in the consultation,with an authority coefficient of 0.751 and a coordination coefficient of 0.034(P<0.05).The average score of the importance of 8 greening health influencing factors was 3.69-4.81.Experts put forward three suggestions on urban greening development strategy:adding green plants according to local conditions,optimizing the layout of greening,constructing and popularizing green industries,strengthening the integration of greening and health,coordinating greening management,and consolidating the mechanism of rewards and punishments.Conclusion Exploring the development strategy of urban greening from the perspective of health promotion is the deep embodiment of the concept of ecological priority,green development and people-oriented,which is conducive to the coordinated and sustainable development of man,nature and economy.
