摘要
目的以手足口病为案例,以托幼机构为宣教主体,依托虚拟仿真技术鼓励幼儿园开展一系列手足口病健康教育活动,提高家长和幼儿园老师对手足口病的认知,为托幼机构防控手足口病提供借鉴。方法采用SPSS 23.0软件对家长及幼儿园老师对于手足口病的知晓情况及健康行为进行分析。结果干预后,幼儿园老师的手足口病相关知识知晓率高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其健康行为在干预前后无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,家长的手足口病相关知识知晓率和健康行为分别高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“线上+线下”的宣教模式将提升防控知识教学的效果,可优化宣教、提升受众的认知水平和实践能力,为防控手足口病提供支持。
Objective To take hand-foot-mouth disease as a case,take kindergartens as the main body of education,and rely on virtual simulation technology to encourage kindergartens to carry out a series of health education activities on hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD),so as to improve parents'and kindergarten teachers'knowledge of HFMD and provide reference for kindergartens to prevent and control HFMD.Methods SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the knowledge and health behavior of parents and kindergarten teachers about HFMD.Results After the intervention,the awareness rate of kindergarten teachers about HFMD was higher than that before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in health behavior before and after intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the awareness rate of parents'HFMD related knowledge and health behavior were higher than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Online+Offline"publicity and education mode will improve the effect of prevention and control knowledge teaching,optimize the publicity and education effect,improve the cognitive level and practical ability of the audience,and provide support for the prevention and control of hand,foot and mouth disease.
