上海市青浦区某九年一贯制学校学生健康体检结果分析

Analysis on Result of Physical Examination of Students in a Nine-year Consistent School in Qingpu District of Shanghai

目的对上海市青浦区某九年一贯制学校的在校学生开展健康监测,了解学生主要的健康问题。方法按照上海市学校卫生工作要求,于2019年上学期对在校学生定期开展健康体检,体检内容包括身高、体重、血压、心率、血红蛋白、视力等。结果该校学生视力不良率从一年级的32.3%上升到八年级的78.9%,血红蛋白不达标率保持在较低水平。结论视力不良、血红蛋白不达标、身高体重差异较大是该校学生的主要健康问题。需积极开展健康管理,加强健康教育,提升学生的健康水平。

Objective To carry out the health monitoring on the students in a 9-year consistent school in Qingpu District,and to understand the main health problems of the students.Methods According to the requirements of Shanghai school health work,in the first semester of 2019,regular physical examination was carried out for students,including height,weight,blood pressure,heart rate,hemoglobin,vision and so on.Results The rate of poor eyesight of students increased from 32.3%in Grade one to 78.9%in Grade eight,and the rate of hemoglobin substandard remained at a low level.Conclusion Poor eyesight,substandard hemoglobin,and great difference in height and weight were the main health problems of the students in the school.It is necessary to actively carry out health management,strengthen health education and improve the health level of the students.
