基于AHP的高速铁路列车旅客乘车疲劳度研究

摘要 为了研究旅客的出行目的对乘车疲劳度的影响,采取问卷调查法,将旅客的出行目的进行分类研究。基于旅客的实际感受,利用层次分析法(AHP)得到影响旅客乘车疲劳度的因子以及旅客乘车疲劳度的综合评价系数,并对长沙南—北京西的G402次列车进行实例分析,发现以工作和旅游为出行目的的两类乘客在乘车疲劳度上存在显著差异,文中内容补充了对旅客乘车疲劳度的研究,对于完善高铁客运服务有着现实意义。 In order to study the influence of passenger s travel purpose on passenger fatigue,the questionnaire method was adopted to sort passengers travel purposes.Based on the passenger s actual feeling,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method was used to get the influence factors of passengers travel fatigue and the comprehensive evaluation coefficient of passengers travel fatigue.The case of the train No.G402 from Changsha south to Beijing west was studied,and it s found that there existed significant differences in terms of passenger fatigue between the two types of passengers with the purposes of work and travel.This paper supplements the research on passenger fatigue,which is of practical significance for the improvement of high-speed railway passenger service.
