摘要
随着我国经济发展创新速度的加快,家具企业发展规模逐步扩大,但在实际开展物流管理这项工作过程中,仍然存在一些问题急需处理。在对家具企业物流管理现状进行细致分析之后,发现一些家具企业的生产车间管理模式较为落后,实际制定的产品物资供应以及物资质量管理措施难以满足标准要求,极易产生生产计划单一和协调效果差等问题。为了保证家具企业物流管理工作高效落实,需要结合具体的管理要求,合理融入现代化管理理念,充分应用JIT模式,在合理转换生产和物流管理结构之后,生产和管理能力得到显著提高,为后续帮助家具企业更好地应对市场挑战提供保障。
With the acceleration of economic development and innovation of China,the scale of furniture enterprises is gradually expanding,but there are still some problems to be solved in the process of logistics management.After a detailed analysis of the current situation of the logistics management of furniture enterprises,it is found that the management model of the production workshop of some furniture enterprises is backward,and the actual enacted measures of product material supply and material quality management is difficult to meet the standard requirements,leading to single production plan and poor coordination effect.In order to ensure the efficient implementation of the logistics management in furniture enterprises,it is necessary to combine the specific management requirements,reasonably integrate the modern management concept,and fully apply the JIT model.After reasonably transforming the production and logistics management structure,the production and management capacity is significantly improved,so as to provide support to further help furniture enterprises better meet market challenges.
