机器学习在肺癌液体活检中应用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肺癌是全球死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,其早期诊断对于制定最佳治疗策略并提高预后效果至关重要。液体活检作为一种新型非侵入性诊断技术,被逐步应用于肺癌的诊断、治疗和预后评估中。机器学习通过对患者的医疗数据进行挖掘和分析,促进肺癌早期肿瘤标志物的确定,并进一步推动了精准医疗的发展。本文对肺癌早期诊断中的液体活检研究进行了总结。目前,液体活检还不是一个成熟的检测手段,仍没有能作为早期肿瘤诊断标准的检测分子组合,还需进一步研究以提高肺癌诊断的准确性。 Lung cancer is the most deadly malignant tumor in the world,and early diagnosis is of critical importance for making the optimal treatment strategy and improving prognosis.Liquid biopsy is a new non-invasive diagnostic technology which has been gradually applied in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of lung cancer.Machine learning can fully mine and analyze the important medical information of patients,showing increasing advantages in identifying the early biomarkers of lung cancer and promoting the development of precision medicine.In this review,we summarized the recent studies of liquid biopsy in the early diagnosis of lung cancer.Currently,liquid biopsy is still an immature detection method as the lack of combination of molecules that can be used as a reasonable standard for early stage of tumor diagnosis.Thus,further research should be carried out to advance the accuracy of lung cancer diagnosis.
