摘要
基于某燃料电池客车开发,针对电池包以外部件的托底防护性能,研究了后置散热器的托底性能开发思路。首先对托底工况的考虑方法进行探讨,提出了一种针对于城市使用的燃料电池客车的托底评价方法;随后针对评价中出现的散热器托底后冷却液泄露的问题,利用原型车试验和ADAMS仿真的手段,对改进方向和达成方法进行了详细的研讨和验证;最终验证结果表明,采用改进方案能够有效地避免散热器托底,整体开发思路具有一定参考性。
Based on the development of a fuel cell bus,for the underbody damage of components except battery pack,the development idea of the underbody damage of the rear radiator was studied.Firstly,the consideration method of the underbody damage pattern is discussed,and the underbody damage evaluation method for fuel cell bus used in cities is proposed.Then,for the problem of rear radiator’s coolant leakage,the improvement direction and achievement method are discussed and verified in detail by means of prototype vehicle test and ADAMS simulation.The final verification result shows that the improvement plan can effectively avoid the underbody damage of rear radiator,and the overall development idea has some reference.
